Two directors, on the project, across the table.
Bruce leads projects from vision setting and functional briefing through design, approvals, contractor appointment, construction and post-completion support. His work spans residential and retirement communities, hotels and hospitality assets, and club and community-landholder redevelopments — often where a board or membership has to be brought along with the commercial case.
He is at his most useful in the messy early phase: multiple feasibility scenarios, a planning pathway nobody has tested yet, and a group of stakeholders who need to reach one position they can all sign.
Cameron is a master planned precinct specialist. His career has predominantly been spent on the planning, approval, delivery and financial management of residential subdivisions and large commercial master planned precincts.
That commercial discipline was built inside a corporate development business. In prior roles, through eight years as Land Development Manager at Norwest Land (Mulpha FKP), Cameron was accountable for optimising profit and returns to the company across large-scale master planned communities — reporting to a board, defending feasibilities, and delivering major staged land releases. He brings that same rigour to our clients: Estate Master models, staged cashflows, monthly variance reporting and revenue reconciled against actual settlements.
Whether you are weighing up whether to develop, or you need development management you can lean on.
